Dr. Charles Griffin

We were referred to Dr. Griffin by our family doctor, after my daughter was diagnosed with Scoliosis.  Our first visit to Dr. Griffin was great!  Later we discovered that a likely factor in the cause of her Scoliosis was her feet.  By a simple scan of her feet we discovered that the arches in her feet were collapsed.  We ordered custom orthotics for her to wear in her shoes.  By doing that it helped another problem, which we thought was “growing pains” for the last two years, but was really pain due to her collapsed arches.

We have been seeing Dr. Griffin for seven months now and I am still amazed by the difference I see in my daughter.  Careful adjustment of her back and hips has resulted in the reversal of her Scoliosis by at least four degrees so far, according to x-ray.

We no longer have a crying daughter in the middle of the night with foot pain.  We have also seen a number of her complaints disappear.  For instance, she would always complain about her stomach aching.  Once her back got adjusted, her stomach no longer had any pain. She now has a straighter back, no foot problems and is a happy, healthier little girl thanks to Dr. Griffin.

I have worked in the medical field as a nurse for over twenty-five years.  I stereotyped chiropractors as being ‘bone crackers’.  I was having headaches and felt like a nerve was being pinched in my back.  So I took the plunge and made an appointment with Dr. Griffin.  After the second appointment, my back was not hurting and I felt I regained my posture.  It has been one week with only three visits and I have not had a headache and I look forward to my next visit with Dr. Griffin.

Every once in a while you run across someone who goes above and beyond their calling, truly exceeding your expectations in every way.  You have done that for me and I am truly thankful for the impact you had on my experience and perception of chiropractic care going forward. 
I had injured my back and was unable to walk or bend as a result of the injury.  After calling your office (with much deliberation), I was impressed with the encouragement I was given on the phone, and the quick response to my request for immediate help.  You spent over an hour with me during my initial visit, with careful attention to detail, gaining a full and thorough understanding of my history, my condition, and my needs. In addition to the follow-up calls to check on my condition following the adjustments, you educated me on the nuances of cervical rotation methods and techniques, even giving me information /materials to take home and read.  This helped me understand more specifically what may have occurred in the past, enabling me to move past it, and restored my confidence in chiropractic care.  I take comfort in knowing I have a great resource in you.
